Yoga Nidra is an ancient tecnique that means: "Sleep with a trance of awareness".  When you practice Yoga Nidra the nature of your mind can be changed, diseases can be cured, and your creative genius can be restored.  This audio is a very relaxing guided body scan, great to do before bed.
